All products sold on Remopic are digital learning content — online courses, e-books, and study material packages — delivered electronically to your registered email address. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. Since all our products are digital and delivered electronically within minutes of payment, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the product download link or access has already been sent to your registered email address.
If your payment has been confirmed but you have not yet received your download link, please contact us immediately at support@remopic.com or call +91 9955846087 and we will cancel the order and process a full refund.
If your payment was deducted but you did not receive your digital product (download link or access email), please report this to our customer service team immediately. The request will be entertained once we verify the transaction status with our payment gateway partner. This should be reported within 7 days of the purchase date.
In case you feel that the product received is not as described on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team, after reviewing your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive the product, email us at support@remopic.com with your payment transaction screenshot or receipt. We will verify the transaction and either deliver the product or issue a full refund within 24 hours.
In case of a duplicate payment (charged twice for the same order), we will automatically identify and refund the extra charge within 3–5 business days.
